Date: 15 Feb 1994 ----------------- ====================================================================== TOPICS: IGW7 (International Generation Workshop) Papers ====================================================================== ====================================================================== IGW7 IGW7 IGW7 IGW7 IGW7 IGW7 IGW7 IGW7 The papers for this summer's generation workshop in Kennebunkport are due today, February the 15th. We have already received a goodly number of papers by email and the express mail packages with the necessary hard copies (four copies) have begun to pile up. However, we suspect that there are papers enroute that are not going to arrive today, and that there are papers still in progress where the authors have elected to get some sleep rather than make the deadline. Nevertheless, we have to begin the process of allocating papers to reviewers now. To make this possible, anyone who intends to submit a paper must send at least their cover page information (title, authors, abstract, keywords) as email *now*, and say how complete their paper is and when we can expect it. Send the email to: "mcdonald@cs.brandeis.edu" People who have already mailed their hardcopies will receive an acknowledgement by email shortly after it is received. When we have an email copy but the hardcopy does not arrive by a few days from now, we will send out messages inquiring when they were sent so that we can check whether they were perhaps swallowed by the quagmire of the international postal and courier services. Looking forward to spring, David McDonald
